Cultivated in the misty Ohayashi highlands, this matcha grows in fog-prone hills protected by Mt. Awagatake. The natural shade slows photosynthesis, enriching the sweetness and color of each leaf. This area practices Chagusaba — an age-old method of layering native grass between rows to preserve warmth and enhance soil vitality.

Shipping & Refund Policy
+ What is your refund policy?
For non-food items (such as teaware and unopened standard products), returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery if the item is unused and unopened. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. For food products (such as matcha), we do not accept returns after shipping due to food safety regulations. However, you may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us promptly. If your item arrives damaged, please email ritual@zenergytea.com and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
+ Are there items that cannot be returned?
Perishable goods (such as matcha and other food products) and opened items cannot be returned under any circumstance. We also do not accept returns on personalized items, hazardous materials, or gift cards.
