Hi, I’m Aileen — and Zenergy Tea started with a move I didn’t expect would change my life.

I came to California from Chicago, chasing my passion for wine. I thought I was here to learn about terroir, fermentation, and the slow magic of the vineyard. And I did. But what I didn’t expect was how Napa’s quiet mornings, open skies, and grounded pace would shift something in me.

For the first time in a long time, I felt my body slow down. I started craving not just taste, but stillness. Not just richness, but clarity.

That’s when I discovered matcha.

At first, it was just a cup. Then it became a ritual. A moment of calm I came to depend on — not as a break from the day, but as the way I wanted to live.
