Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please review the following return and cancellation policies carefully:
Standard Products & Teaware (non-food)

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Matcha & Other Perishable Goods

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any edible products once shipped.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges & Damages
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately—we’ll make it right.
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise noted.
